Hollow fiber membrane modules and PSA units ensure the highest levels of sterilization and safety during the packaging of materials for healthcare and pharmaceutical processes. PSA nitrogen generation systems deliver ultra-high purity nitrogen, up to 99.9995%, for laser cutting, inerting, blanketing, and metal fabrication. Nitrogen acts as an assist gas to blow away molten material cleanly and support high-pressure cutting above 20 bar for thick metals. It is used to prevent oxidation during cutting for better weldability, resulting in clean edges and high-quality finishes. These systems also eliminate discoloration and enable surface cleaning prior to painting or coating — all from a continuous, cost-effective on-site supply in fabrication environments.
